Technology Lead – New York City

Swift Sales Applications, Inc. – New York, NY and various and unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.

Lead all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including solution design, software development, recruitment, and management of domestic and off-shore developers, enterprise client configuration control, client technical liaison and quality assurance (QA).

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Science, Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or in a related technical field of study with at least 2 years of experience in:

Developing, implementing, and continuously improving IT systems including process improvement, testing and release process;

Java, JavaScript, HTML, and /or Apex; 

Gathering requirements, analyzing requirements, high level design, application development, developing system architecture, system integration testing, project planning and execution, production implementation, mentoring module leads, performing code review, and participating in recruitment of resources;

Effort estimation, maintaining schedules, risk and gap analysis, project audits, and managing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time; and

JIRA tools and/or AppExchange.

Position requires work at various and unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.

 

What to expect:
