How quickly can SWIFT™ be deployed?
SWIFT™ can be deployed into your Salesforce instance in days and weeks, not months. Our tech team can configure it as you need for your team, run pre-production testing, and move it into production. Optional skills training can also be deployed to your team in-person or remotely to gain fast buy-in from your team.
Is it difficult to configure?
No, SWIFT™ is fully Salesforce-native and can configure itself automatically with your reporting lines and org chart, sales stages, user visibility and more. Other custom configurations can usually be completed in a matter of hours, and our team will help you every step of the way.
Can my team access SWIFT™ on different devices?
Yes, SWIFT™ is available on desktop, tablet, and for the pre-call planning module, also on mobile for seamless planning on the go.
How does SWIFT™ ensure data security?
SWIFT™ is a fully native Salesforce app, running as a “Managed Package,” ensuring enterprise-grade security and compliance. Your data stays behind your Salesforce firewall.
Do you support trials?
Yes, we routinely run trials to get started with new organizations, in fact we love doing this as it is one of the best ways to confirm the effectiveness and ROI of the tools. For example, deploying SWIFT™ with one Area or a few Districts can highlight productivity increases compared with the rest of the team.
Sales Execution & Methodology Compatibility
Do I need to change my sales process?
No, your sales process can stay exactly as-is. SWIFT™ simply helps your team move faster through your sales process (stages) to close more deals with higher margins. Call plans, negotiation plans, account plans, and coaching records sit within Salesforce as part of your current Accounts, Opportunities, and Sales Stages.
We use Miller Heiman Blue Sheet. Does SWIFT™ work with that?
Yes, many of our clients use “Blue Sheets” to track deal status, and SWIFT™ (pre-call planning, negotiation, and/or coaching modules) to drive better execution of those deals. In other words, the Blue Sheet captures red flags, decision makers and deal status, SWIFT™ drives your team’s execution of each major customer-facing step in the sale.
We use MEDDIC / MEDDPICC. Will SWIFT™ work with that?
Yes, MEDDPICC is a common “deal qualification” process to gate the sales process and ensure the major steps are completed, but it does not, (by itself), drive better customer-facing execution. SWIFT™ plugs in next to MEDDPICC to drive that execution – robust planning for the critical meetings that advance the sale through the MEDDPICC “gates.”
How does SWIFT™ improve account strategy?
It enables structured account reviews, identifies key stakeholders, and flags risks and gaps early.
How does it help align cross-functional teams on major deals?
SWIFT™ facilitates stronger team collaboration by putting key planning content right into Salesforce so that others have visibility. For example, pre-call and negotiation plans are saved and visible within an Account or Opportunity page within Salesforce, so that “the left hand knows what the right hand is doing.” Reps can also add other people to a call plan or negotiation plan to provide visibility and gain input and feedback.
