We seek smart, experienced sales leaders who understand the challenges of leading large B2B sales teams, have a good network of peers and have a genuine interest in helping them drive performance.
Working part-time or on a freelance basis, you will help us connect with sales leaders, establish commercial needs and pressure-points and design customized performance solutions for their teams.
You can simply make the introductions and let our experienced team of experts take it from there, or you can manage the whole sales process yourself before handing over to our delivery team.
You are a credible, experienced sales leader who has “been there and done that”. You understand the challenges of commercial leadership, including driving capability, coaching and accountability across large sales teams. You are now looking for a low-stress and time-flexible way to help other sales leaders and their teams.
You may have stepped back or be considering stepping back from a corporate role, or may already be doing consulting or coaching and want to expand your portfolio.
You’re interested in a role that provides good income with plenty of flexibility for other activities.
For the right candidates, we can structure the role around you, not the other way around
- Part-time or freelance
- Full-sales cycle or introductions only
- Involvement in delivery of advisory services or not
For freelance full-sales cycle roles, we pay 15% of year 1 revenue as a commission for work that you originate. A well-connected Ambassador can earn well over $200k per year on less than a half-time arrangement. We also provide substantial sales support throughout the process.
For freelance introduction-only, we pay 5% of year 1 revenue as a commission for the introduction alone. A single high quality introduction can earn over $25,000. Our experienced and credible sales and consulting team manage the sale process, you just need to open the right doors for us.
